One month has passed

Times really flies when you are enjoying yourself. Have I have been enjoying myself? You decide

1. Working from 10 am till 6.30, 6 days a week
2. No one leave their desk for lunch before 1.45 pm
3. No one leave their work to go home before 6.45
4. The pressure of being the first to leave the office at 6.45 everyday while everyone else was staying back till god knows when
5. Nothing to do at home except watching dvds. (I am not complaining)
6. Getting my first pay today
7. Reconnecting back with some friends.

I just chatted with a friend this afternoon and we talk about work and what's happening in our life recently. I guess somehow, no matter what is the situation, life goes on. We just know how to deal with it when it happened. I wish all the better for him. I will definitely see what I can do to help this friend of mine.

I also noticed that quite a number of my friends are jobless, mostly because they choose to be, perhaps out of desperation to get away from their existing unpleasant situation at work.

The weather here is getting much cooler lately and ahhhh at least, some air for breathing.

What would you do if this happened to you?

I was barely sitting down when I heard a voice from the other stall saying: "Hi, how are you?"

I'm not the type to start a conversation in the men's restroom but I don't know what got into me, so I answered, somewhat embarrassed, "Doin' just fine!"

And the other guy says: "So what are you up to?"

What kind of question is that? At that point, I'm thinking this is too bizarre so I say: "Uhhh, I'm like you, just traveling!"

At this point I am just trying to get out as fast as I can when I hear another question. "Can I come over?"

Ok, this question is just too weird for me but I figured I could just be polite and end the conversation. I tell him, "No........I'm a little busy right now!!!"

Then I hear the guy say nervously...

"Listen, I'll have to call you back. There's an idiot in the other stall who keeps answering all my questions!!!"

Cowboys and Angels

I saw the movie, Cowboys and Angels last night. A simple movie but I like it. Very simple plot. entertaining yet true to it's calling.
