Madly in love

I am deeply madly in love.. yes you read me correctly. I am in love with him....

He is 6 weeks old and I have yet to christian him yet. He is now slowly getting to respond to voices now. So I got to find a name real soon. I am thinking eiffel. [read e-fie, like the french]

Sis: So cute, so cute...
Moi: yes, cutie cute...
Sis: Just like the owner...
Moi: Really?
Sis: I mean his size, the fat face and also the small eyes.
Moi: *slap*

The following day, after sending the picture to a friend:

Scotty: Wah... it he yours?
Moi: yes, my new love....
Scotty: So cute. Next time you come out, you got to bring him.
Moi: Sure sure...
Scotty: I wanna hug him.... so cute...
Moi: Make sure you treat the owner as good as you treat the puppy.
Scotty: Bye....
Moi: *slap*

Gosh, I really shouldn't be getting anything or anyone more cute than me from now on... Argh....

Gotta go back to work now, it's 9.30 pm and I have yet to finish my work.

Phew... Ma, I blogged today.

I have been extremely busy at work since I will be leaving for the fair end of the week. As I am typing this, I still have another 6 posters to prepare and I am lacking in ideas as to how I should do it.

Well, I went to zouk for an anniversay bash recently. Well, I feel the DJ has not been able to dj the music to my expectation. However, the two MC's are pretty cool.

A few interesting stuff worth blogging:

1. Prize giving ceremony

Actors / Actresses : Moi, Cutie, and some other "Kalifei" (supporting co-star)

(Cutie is damn hot - tall, slim, well dressed with david beckham hairstyle. Sweet Japanese look)

*Walking up the stage with a big smile*
Moi: Thank you (ala the beauty queen victory walk)
Cutie: Congratulations
Moi: Thank you.. thank you
Cutie: Where r you from?
Moi: I am from XXX company.
Moi: This is my name card, my phone number is written all over the card, see... (pointing at the card, flashing the bambi's eye flash).
Cutie:*shocked*
Moi: *Started to molest shake his hands and then lean over and give him a kiss*
Cutie: *Grab 'em and started to make out* under the spotlight
Audience : *cheering*

Hahah, that didnt happened, but the cutie was there. He is so my type.

2. Phone Puzzle

Got to talk to a friend and just to spice up life, I decided to decode his phone number from a series of equations and mathematics he gave me. While I am very good in decoding but I am terrible in my maths and I doubt do it by tonight / I can call him yet. LOL shucks... This gonna take time. The posibility of me hiring my sister to do the equation would be 99.9%... Darn. But, Mr Des, I gonna nail your number. hahah Eat this!!!

3. Work

Busy Busy Busy. 6 of my colleagues left or is leaving the organisation.

Boss 1: You see, like I said all those bad one will leave eventually. They cannot stand the pressure, they cannot perform.
Boss 2: Yes, yes I knew it.
Moi: *thinking to myself* err boss... maybe that is not the case. MOST probably they found some better offers. Yes, i dont even have to bet on it. It must be.
Boss 1: Lucikly we found Ca va. He is our new asset. We must treat him nice nice!
Moi: *mentally picturing myself banging on the wall*
Boss 2: *smiling*

I think one of the thing which a boss should prepared of is staff leaving for greener pastures. No one will die for their work.

4. Movies

I saw the followings during the weekend (DVDs):

1. The Hills has eyes (crappy)
2. An American Haunting (crappy and disturbing)

When to this DVD shop is SS2 and started to enquire if they have any foreign movies.

Vendor: Yes, yes.. there is this ma-me-re
Moi: Ma-me-re?
Vendor: Yes, it is french!
Moi: Oh, show me, show me.
Moi: OHHHHHHHHHHHHH Ma Mere (pronounced as Mer)
Moi: Got already la

Sister: *reading an article in a magazine* bla bla bla bla bla bla Mont-mar-te
Moi: laughing out loud
Sister: *flashed a killer beady look*
Moi: Montmarte (pronounced as Mont-Mart)
Sister: I dont know mar....
Moi: *continue laughing*

Sorry people.. I know I shouldn't laugh when I hear people reading french but I just cant stand it.... I am in no position better than you guy, so I blame it on my laughing stupid bud! If I do sound snobbish, I am not.. and I am definitely not making fun of you people.

5. Visiting

A friend of mine just had a minor surgery and I went to visit her. Hmm of course being very very buddy with her husband, this is the summary of our conversation

Moi: Hmm hehehehe (like always)
Ami 1: When are we having a mid autumn BBQ at the Japanese garden
Moi: No yet la. Still under processing.
Ami 1: October cannot ar? Can do together with mooncake wor?
Moi: Yes, you will be the fat 'chang er'!!!!
Ami 2: You will be the fat bunny
Ami 1: *pointing at me* he is the full moon.

Laughing, we concluded we all need exercises!

2. Bangkok
3. Bali
4. Hong Kong
5. China

I tell you so

How do you actually define if you are closed minded or open minded? A lot of us professed we are open minded but dont you think that in that open mindedness, you are actually closed minded because you actually put a boundary to your open mindedness. What am I mumbling about?

The same things applies to sensitivity of a person, etc, etc.....

In the middle of the conversation
Ami 1: Oh, you are so sensitive
Moi: Oh... am I now?
Ami: Yes you are....

After a while,

Ami: Are you angry with my comments?
Moi: Oh no... but I am dissapointed.....
Ami: Ok.... whatever.

Later during the chat, he keeps using, I am not the one who is sensitive, I am not the one who is angry...

I give up.. I totally give up on talking to plu sometimes... They just drive you up the wall.

Conclusion: There is no open minded people in this world. We live in a world of limitations including our mind.

what have you been up to?

How have you been spending your weekend, my friend? Yup, that's the first question that was popped to me by my online friend when I signed in to work this morning.

1. I have been lazying around at home.
2. I only have 1 day to rest for a whole week of work and last weekend I had a meeting on Sunday morning. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh Half day gone.
3. I met with Harvey of What is this blog's fame
4. I went to church to pray for the sins I commited last week. LOL
5. I was eyeing at the hunk that Harvey mentioned to me. So, my goal for now is to get his name. For now, I shall code name him - TBoxboy!
6. I went to dinner with my friends on Saturday's night.
7. I swim on saturday and sunday.

Now that I have finished a bit part of my work, I am much more relaxed at work. I even went out with a friend for lunch at Ikea just now.

Jeff: hey... I am here already.
Moi: Alrighto, I will be down right away.

Jeff: *jaws dropped*
Moi: hey, long time no see... how long has it been?
Jeff: 3 years.
Moi: How is life?
Jeff: Like that lor
Moi: Ok. Let's go Ikea for lunch.
Jeff: I cant believe this is you. You put on so much weight, you are so fat now! And you dont take care of yourself la, you dont shave, your fashion sense is out, and your grooming....
Moi: *silent* Holding back the tears* I know... I know.. I need to exercise... I am now day in day out stucked to my office chair.
Jeff: No wonder you have no bf la.
Moi: Yeah, nobody wants me...
Jeff: No offences...
Moi: LOL

But he is right, I really need to get back in shape. That';s my mid year resolution. Gambeta!!! and I seriously need to get a life.

Busy busy busy....

I have been extremely busy at work, and

my workacholic friend told me "I am even more busy",

My working friends were telling me, "It's normal la",

My nothing-better-to-do were telling me, "It's better to have something to do",

My rich friends were telling me "when are changing job?",

but the mother-of-all-phrase should be from my boss, "Are you free?".

Argh.... I have so many datelines to catch up and so many other things to prepare for the coming events. I probably will be heading to the land of 'Sawadee Kap', end of the month for a trade fair.

Everyone else is telling me otherwise

It has been days since I last blogged. As you can see, there's not a lot of happenings in my life. So, of course, the highlight recently was a friend trying to introduce someone to me. That's not the end of the story though. I am also playing matchmade for her.

So back to this so called potential. He is 31 - 180 -75. In a managerial position and I did talk to him for a while on the phone - he sounded chirpy, like a bird. In fact, the first few sms from him, my friend said that it's so sexphone-like. LOL Of course, I played along. Hmmm There's no one I cannot handle now. I have been through so much, right?

Is it just so wrong if I am seriously not looking for someone, nor am I looking for fun?

Everyone else is telling me otherwise
